Hi I’m Jodi Hadam and I have a developmental disability and the place I live at has not very vegan or vegetarian options and is not vegan friendly. I would love to see comments and suggestions on what to buy without cooking or baking that’s vegan friendly and healthy at ShopRite!

    if you can go to you-tube and see some vegan grocery hauls or vegetarian grocery haul- make note of anything that sounds good- start small and see how you like certain foods then add on to that- good luck
