I’ve hit a small plateau

I always find it very useful to use my fitness pal when I hit a plateau. My goal is to get down to 185lbs whilst maintaining my strength.
I’ve chipped away 10 lbs this year very gradually to maintain optimum energy levels and strength but also drop body fat. It’s a fine line. I’m ready to hone in now.
