You should try YouTube for videos, search beginner and find an instructor you like the sound of, they have varying lengths, so quick morning yoga to start the day, core work, deep stretches etc, good luck 🤞🏻0

Sometimes, the time of holding a pose is more important than the reps when it comes to yoga.
I personally use (bought) an app called Yoga Studio, and just do one of the full sessions there, depending on the days (special poses for back pain, strengthening sessions etc)
You should try to find what you are looking for in a yoga session (strength, flexibility, meditation, easing health symptoms / pain) and find what you need, either from YouTube or getting a DVD / app.0
