Working that core: having fun at a concert

Ok, found a cool way to work the core: going to a post punk concert and dancing my butt off! My dancing tends to involve a lot of lower abdominal movements. Added to that a guitarist gone wild which required quite a few occasions to lean backwards quite a bit (I'm sure he did a few of those because he noticed I kept an eye on him and managed to dodge him!). Result: proper sore core muscles! Plus quite a bit of bum and leg burn. Whatever it was good for, it certainly was so much fun! :D
