    -Stay under my calorie goal
    -Exercise on 8 of the 14 days
    -Eat healthfully, with minimal treats

    Monday, June 25: Stayed under my calorie goal ✔️
    Tuesday, June 26: Stayed under my calorie goal ✔️ (and exercised)
    Note- I ate too few calories on Monday so I made my calorie goal bigger for Tuesday
    Wednesday, June 27: Stayed under my calorie goal ✔️ (and exercised)
    Thursday, June 28: Stayed under my calorie goal ✔️
    Friday, June 29: Stayed under my calorie goal ✔️

    I'm in too!
    I want to lose 10 pounds over the next three months. To accomplish my goal I want to:
    Cut back on alcohol to no more than one glass of wine every other day
    Eat more fruits and veggies
    Avoid eating high sodium food
    Thanks for the motivation.

    For the next 2 weeks I commit to staying within my calorie goal and execrise 5 days a week. Will update the day after. Good luck everyone!

    My goals:
    Structured Meals - breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack
    Daily calories - under 1300
    Exercise - every day
