    My goals are:
    -Stay under my calorie goal
    -Exercise on 8 of the 14 days
    -Eat healthfully, with minimal treats


    Monday, July 9: Stayed under my calorie goal ✔️ (and exercised)
    Tuesday, July 10: Stayed under my calorie goal ✔️ -note: but my calories were on the higher end and i wouldn't want to regularly have this amount, but it was still under my main goal and when i have a little more than ideal i just balance it out with a good workout or having a little less later-
    Wednesday, July 11: Stayed under my calorie goal ✔️
    Thursday, July 12: Stayed under my calorie goal ✔️ (and exercised)
    Friday, July 13: Stayed under my calorie goal ✔️ -a little on the higher side but balanced it with having a little less + exercising more on the next days-
    Saturday, July 14: Stayed under my calorie goal ✔️ (and exercised)
    Sunday, July 15: Stayed under my calorie goal ✔️ (and exercised)

    Hi - I’ve gotten off track. I’d like to post here for a week or 2 to get back on it.

    My goals:
    Structured Meals - breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack
    Daily calories - under 1300
    Exercise - every day

    Monday, 7/16 - we’ll see how I did tomorrow
