-Eat healthfully, with minimal treats
Monday, July 9: Stayed under my calorie goal ✔️ (and exercised)
Tuesday, July 10: Stayed under my calorie goal ✔️ -note: but my calories were on the higher end and i wouldn't want to regularly have this amount, but it was still under my main goal and when i have a little more than ideal i just balance it out with a good workout or having a little less later-
