First diet app!

Hi, this year I decided to better myself- like forealizies. So I started selfcare, waking up early, but one thing was missing. I have never been extremely over weight however I am riding the upper end of average my health has been garbage forever; quite like my diet :(. But I decided to try this app and luckily it has worked so far. I started 17 or 16 days ago i was 5 foot 5 inches (and a half) and 150 pounds. But now I hit 143, but I’m scared that I won’t continue so I’m looking for a friend to keep me motivated. However I don’t really know how to work this app 😅. So here’s a tip I use: I have a bottomless stomach so inorder to help going crazy at night I always make sure to eat at 5pm-6pm this has worked really well for me!!!
