If you’re wanting motivation and are a motivator yourself, please feel free to add me on here. :) I started January 1st and lost 16 pounds in four months then fell off the wagon and today is my first day back! I’m hoping to lose 30+ pounds and run my very first 5k so if you have similar goals or just want a little push, let’s be friends :)

    Similar goal.... planning to run my first 5k in October Race for Life as I lost my mum to cancer in April. I'd like to lose 14 lbs but I'd settle for 10. I keep yoyo dieting as comfort eat. I do quite a bit of exercise but can't run to save my life. On week 4 again if couch to 5k app. Got to week 8 before my mother was ill. Be good to get support. No idea what I do?!

    Same here. Up and down. I’m down 20 lbs so far but gained some back. Motivation and supppet are always helpful. Add me.

    So exciting!!!! 5ks are so fun! I haven't done one in a while and haven't actually run one in longer (walked the last two I participated in). My first 5k I jogged slower than some of the walkers but I made it through! And with my youngest in the ergo carrier on my back. I left the house that morning without the front wheel of the jogger. Kicked myself for that the whole run. 😂😂

    I've got between 30-40 lbs to ditch these days and am soooooo out of shape.... unless round is the shape we're going for...

    Slower than a sleeping turtle, here, but still always enjoyed the fun runs. You'll love it!
