I have been through so much over the course of a year. With a total of six surgeries under my belt I am ready to get back on the fitness track! Gaining weight has just made me feel terrible about myself and also just my overall ambition and drive. I am constantly tired or wear out fast and my asthema has increased when I even walk. I just got to a point where I said enough is enough! I am so excited to begin my journey to being happy and healthy! If you all have any ideas, suggestions, great work out videos, great easy meal prep ideas send them my way!
