Hello!
I love smoothies and had just bought a blender *happy dance*
The thing is, most recipes on the internet are super super healthy and have things in them I don't just have around me- almond milk, rice milk, almond butter, protein powder, kale, avocados, maple syrup, date syrup and such.
I did buy few things that I think *hopefully* can be used-
fruits (mostly berries), milk, greek yogurt, honey, and spinach
now, can anyone give me tips about how to build my smoothies?
How do you know how much of what to put?
Thank you

When I had smoothies I generally added 1 piece or 1 cup of fruit (frozen is good), loads of green, protein powder and a fat source (nut butter or avo work well).
I usually used water, but other liquids work. I used to freeze smoothies and eat them frozen, but if I wanted to drink it I would add enough liquid to make it a good consistency. Everything else is added to suit whatever macros/calories I needed1 -
This is what I usually put in my smoothie..it consists of a cup of spinach, frozen mango chunks, some cucumber pieces, and just a tablespoon of hemp seeds and blended with water. Tastes refreshing and you can’t even taste the spinach.1

I have a smoothie almost every day. Frozen fruit (usually bananas, they're cheap), nonfat greek yogurt, protein powder (Quest vanilla from Amazon), and water. Very easy, and it's worth investing in a canister of protein powder in my opinion. You can use milk instead of water, and throw in some spinach that you probably won't even taste.
Quantities: 140g of frozen fruit, 110g of nonfat greek yogurt, 15g of protein powder, and about 4oz of water. It's 250 calories, 25g of protein, and very tasty! It's fun to try new combinations, too, keeps it interesting!0
