I have started multiple times, but I need to and am ready to get serious. Looking for additional help and support. Please add or message me or write me if you feel this way too. I've heard struggling is easier when we have friendos to go through it with.

I think we all get there.
I lost 103lbs and weighed the smallest I can ever remember, 132
I got lazy and now weight 169.6.
I am trying to get back into the groove. Its rough.1 -
I sent you an invite. I was very successful here a couple years ago, lost 60 pounds and felt great. Unfortunately, I stopped watching what I ate and gained most of it back. Now I'm starting again. It's definitely easier with friends supporting you. Best of luck!!1

Misery loves company! HA! I follow the Ketogenic Lifestyle because of high A1C and insulin resistance. I have always been pretty athletic (except for about five years of my life...I am 51) and trying to get to the next level (which is not necessarily so easy). I also tend to keep a positive attitude. If I can help....will gladly!1
