If your answer is yes, you should be sure to check out the FAT2FIT-Weight Loss Challenge and Support Group.
I am Steve ( aka @steplaj )and I am the group owner of the FAT2FIT-Weight Loss Challenge and Support Group. The group is an awesome place to help build friendships, gain motivation and support, provide encouragement to others needing help, and to share with others who understand the struggles and challenges we all face in trying to improve ourselves.
The group participates in a monthly weight loss challenge. There are five (5) separate teams which compete team vs. team and individually. This is a friendly competition with kudos going to the top three on each team and to the top three teams each month. Each team has between 30-45 challengers at the start of each month.
In addition to the main Weight-Loss Challenge, there is also a weekly group challenge ( challenge put on by a team for the whole group ) and a Moderators Challenge ( discussion or challenge each week put on by the moderators ). There are also several individual challenges that go on occasionally. All challenges are totally optional and not required.
The best way to see if this group is for you is to stop in ( using the links below ) and take a look. Feel free to check out our chat rooms, any of our group threads, or even talk with some of our current challengers. You can also private message one of our moderators with any questions or comments.

Ever since joining this challenge I have lost about 15 pounds once I put my mind and my body into it. I have met and made great new friends, the camaraderie on the teams is off the charts, and to top it off you get to ride along with other teammates success and the not so successful.
You can try different meal plans to see if one is better for you than the other. You get to see and try out different fitness routines. You get the chance to mix and match those both to make the Ultimate Plan for you and your not paying someone hundreds of dollars to achieve the same results. Now that in itself is a NO BRAINER .
You can ask questions about why is my body responding the way that it is and GUESS WHAT more times than not someone in the group or on your team will have experience that same thing and WALLAH you get an answer to your question.
So let me ask you this WHY WOULDN'T YOU JOIN OUR CHALLENGE......For me it was just that a NO BRAINER
