Hi all

Been using this site for a few months since I got an iPhone and the app.

30year old male, non smoking, non drinking, with a fantastic sedate office job! 12hour shifts, in front of pc for minimum 6hours and then paperwork for 6hours or so,

Weight has gradually crept up to 20.5st (~130kg) at the begining of the year and now with this program and more effort in the gym/swimming (2 or 3 times a week, for 90mins), things are finally starting to change.

Hope to keep you updated of my progress if the positve results continue.....

    I'm retired, but I sit in front of the computer for this site and a few other things.
    Today, I tried a DVD on Tai Chi. It is great! One hour = about 260 calories, and you are not totally worn out at the end. that is my kind of exercising!
