Looking into updating to premium. Would like to hear pros and cons. What do you like the most about it OR are you getting all you expect from doing the free version??

Probably one of the best things I've done since joining MFP was signing up for premium. You can get by with the free version but premium has so many additional options to make your MFP experience much more enjoyable.2

Unless you are super into your macro splits or really need different goals on different days, there isnt much in premium I think an average user would need to pay for. Someone who trains pretty hard probably enjoys the extra features, but they dont really add much value to your average joe trying to lose weight.
Unless you want to pay to get rid of the adds.
Also, dont take the posters abover seriously.0 -
