I already eat a banana a day and could also eat a pear, apple, apricot and/or blueberries daily.

Depends on the time of year and what's in season, because what's in season tastes best. Beyond that, I do tend to lean toward minimal prep and versatility (can they go into a salad, a smoothie, oatmeal, cold cereal, on a peanut butter sandwich, into a chutney or sauce for a roast?)

Late spring to early summer, berries -- probably blueberries because prep is minimal and they keep better than raspberries or blackberries.
Mid to late summer -- peaches or nectarines.
Fall to early winter -- apples.
Mid winter to mid spring nothing is in season locally, so I tend to go with imported tropical fruit -- bananas are my go to, but I'll also do citrus, kiwi fruit, or pineapples.

Plums. I love them and there's no peeling or chopping involved in eating them. Just peel off the sticker, rinse it, and enjoy. If they were out of season, I'd go with Granny Smith apples, or tangerines.

Mangosteen - in my opinion it's one of the most delicious, complex flavored fruits. It's also very difficult to find around me, so I'd love it if I were able to eat it for a whole week.
