Hi, I'm trying to gain muscle but I'm struggling to eat enough calories. Can I get suggestion on lunch/dinner ideas that are denser in calories, but also nutritious?

Cook your foods with healthy fats like coconut oil and olive oil. I use a scoop of protein powder and a tablespoon of coconut oil in my coffee. The oil in my coffee was something I had to get used to, but now I love it. Make your own salad dressings with olive oil.
Steak with cheese sauce.
Drissle with olive oil and your steak to your preferred level of doneness.
Sauté onions and mushrooms in butter until caramelized, and then pour heavy cream into the pan. Once warmed up, add parmesan cheese and stir until thoroughly incorporated (I just go by taste when adding the ingredients). I think a good place to start would be a small carton of heavy cream and a bag of shredded cheese. I actually use the parmesan and mozzarella blend from kraft—I think I’ve only seen this blend in one size. Do not use powder parmesan; it’s hard to get a good consistency and usually ends up with a gritty texture.
I also use this same recipe for chicken but I add spinach as well.
Hollandaise sauce (use real butter) drizzled over a hash of potatoes, eggs, and sausage.
