Looking for a strength + mobility workout routine

Hi all,
Just checking to see if anyone has any tried and true resources on a workout routine that encompasses both strength and mobility. I can workout 4 days a week at a gym, so anything that encompasses that is fair game. I do light exercise on off days such as yoga, walking, hiking to aid muscle recovery.
At first I was thinking a 4-day Upper/Lower split. Then I started thinking I wanted something more like Upper - Mobility day - Lower - Mobility day, but I'm not quite sure what a program like this looks like.
Let me know what you think.
