Hello everyone. I'm just starting Keto. Today I'm 270. I thought I was doing pretty good that last couple of weeks. I've made big changes. But alas, I used the food calculator today on this site and it looks like I have already eaten past my calorie intake for the day. I have a lot of learning and mistakes to look forward to apparently. What are some daily meal plans that I can take a look at and learn from?

    The best way to learn is actually from your mistakes. But you can speed up learning by prelogging - log in advance what you intend to eat for the day, see how it adds up, what to add and remove, what to increase and reduce. Instead of other people's daily meal plans, which can be hit or miss, and usually miss, I suggest looking up "the eating healthy plate" and make your own.
