Hey there! After my second baby I had 55lbs to lose. I ended up at a plateau despite exercising, breastfeeding exclusively, and dieting 😩I decided to make a bigger change and started a new program. I could not commit to going to the gym with a new baby. I have been doing online streaming workouts with a online support group. I lost 25lbs and I’m back to my pre baby weight. 🙌🏾Now I want to start my own support group and help others get success. Want more info? Message me and send your email address. Talk to you soon. 🤗
