Ok I think I'm ready to meet someone. Tried Tinder and hated it- it's not really good for people over 50. Anyone had any success with others?

Don't waste your time or money on Match. Or your safety for that matter.
Try meetup.com, it's not a dating site, but you can join groups that do activities that you enjoy and meet people that way. I'm having a lot of fun learning how to dance with a group in my area.4 -
I met my husband here on mfp. lol.8

If you think this is not good for people in their 50s, try being 64.5

You can find a great companion on Petfinder.com. They are less expensive to feed and care for too.
But seriously, all dating sites are pretty shady. There is no special stash of high-quality men that you willl find on the paid for sites. If you decide to go for it, just keep your expectations low. Good Luck!5 -
Best dating site? This biker Bar / Strip Club that I frequent with the guys. About 2am.4

I was being fecetious love I just had so many unwelcome advances in the beginning that I figured someone who actually wanted them could find them useful :-)
well now, "unwelcome" really is a relative term.... isn't it?1 -
I met my hubby on OkCupid.com , although this was about a decade ago so I'm not sure what changes they may have made since then.2
