Strength training - how to log?

Based on what I’ve I know that there’s no clear way of logging these classes, but does anyone have a recommendation. I was thinking boot camp or cross fit but I’m not sure. The classes vary day to day but all include exercises to get your heart going and build strength and edurance. Any Recommendations?
