2 years ago I attempted to try MFP but never used it. Yesterday I decided to give it another try. I was a powerlifter for 4 years got hurt and just been focusing on powerbuilding. I’ve tried many diets in my past and failed at them all. Until I learned about the ketogenic diet. In September 2017 I started my war against carbs. I weighed in at 340. And in February 2018 I weighed in at 275 pounds. I had to take a break for work. I have been back on my war against carbs lifestyle for 3 weeks now. I currently weight 268 pounds and the goal weight is 240. I’d love to hear about other people’s diets and goals and struggles and whatever you got to tell.
