I have given up on the point system of WW. I think it has not helped with all the zero point foods. Zero pts yes, but still has calories. I have done good with mfp before. Looking forward to going full steam ahead again. I am almost 69 so there isn’t quite as much steam as in the past, but with help, we got this!

Hi I am starting with MFP again too...on day 5. Slow and steady wins the race I guess. I am in for the long term.
