1200 calories is the BARE minimum that a woman should be eating to lose weight.

How long have you been trying to lose weight? How many calories did MFP give you to start losing?cw97us8y8zcr.jpg

I'd rather lose inches than pounds. No one sees what my scale says other than me. I don't understand the issue.

I think it’s a psychological thing and why not if I’m losing inches, why not numbers on scale?

You're ovulating? You're on your period? You had a high sodium day? You ate more carbs than usual? It's extra hot outside?

Scale weight isn't just fat. It's bone, muscle, water, etc. Many things affect it. That's why inches are actually better.

Knew injury? What about chair exercises, YouTube has some.

I am losing inches. Down a dress size. Not too much movement on scale.
