    I started walking 3-5 miles a day on top of my daily activity steps when I started tracking and being honest about my calorie intake about a year ago.

    About 4 months ago I started to alternate between jogging and walking (still am not a fan of running although I try to keep my heart rate up), for 3-5 miles a day. I have my activity set to lightly active, and don't log it as exercise, just use the steps from my tracker which offsets my calories. Down 52 pounds and kept it off with no problem.
