Scale won't move!

Hey all! A little frustrated at the moment over a stall in my weight loss journey. I ok now it's super common, and I've had times like this in the past. Something about it this time has really gotten to me though. I do more yoga, walking, exercise then I ever had before yet I still seem to not be able to move the scale much. Just gets so disheartening sometimes.

    The less you have to lose, the slower it will come off, also, have you adjusted your weight in your profile? That will alter the daily calorie allowance.
    If you are excersizing more, then you will be building up muscle, which is heavier than fat. As long as you look in better shape and feel healthy, don't worry too much, unless you start to gain weight consistently.

    How long is your "stall" - how long has it been since you lost any weight at all?

    You mention exercise, but what about your calorie intake? Are you in a deficit... If you think you're in a deficit, how accurate is your logging?
