Nutrition and Exercise tools, what would you choose?

If you could only live with one nutrition "tool" and one exercise "tool" what would they be?

I would definitely choose my food scale and HRM, music would be a close second though!

    A book with a planned routine in it (I kinda suck at "make it up as I go") and MFP.

    And isn't a cow the actual nutrition? No knife to cut off a slab?

    Mine would be a food scale with my FitBit being a close 2nd and HRM a close 3rd. For an exercise "tool" I'd probably choose a power rack.

    MFP and running shoes are all I need! I keep it very simple. As long as I can keep track of my food and run, I'll be good to go. :happy:
