So last night I went back to swimming ... I did 18 lengths and could really feel it in my arms ! U didn't think swimming was that beneficial ! Has anyone has good results weight loss with swimming and a calorie deficit ? I wana get lean ! Xxx

    yeah it really help i remember when i would workout in the gym i always did cardio in the pool and cause you have so much fun you dont really think about the work.

    Yes! I have started swimming recently and I am really seeing a difference. My swim days are always my lowest weigh in days of the week.

    Swimming is a very good exercise - I need to lose about 70 kg / 150 pounds and any exercise in the pool helps with my joints. I have also joint water aerobics - 30 minutes of that and I really can feel it!
