Anyone doing Kelsey Wells PWR?

Hi everyone. Anyone doing the PWR program? What do you think of it? The results look amazing, and since it seems to be based around lifting I think I would enjoy it. I’ve never had defined abs and it’s something that would be fun to work towards! I have two questions....

- do I need to trim down to my goal before I begin? My goal is based on measurements because I never weighed myself until I gained weight. My measurements before gaining weight were 27” or under waist. My waist is currently 28”. My thighs are also currently an inch bigger. I use cardio and calorie deficit for fat loss at the moment.

- what is the nutrition like on this program?
