Sharing recipes and meal plans. I really need some ideas with foods! I think eating the same stuff day in day out isn't working.

These are two SE asian recipes I like for getting a lot of raw veg. Can be served with rice, but I usually skip it.
Nam Prik Ong is a spicy Thai sloppy joe sauce used as a warm dip for raw veg.

Beef Lok Lak is Cambodian stir fried steak served on a big bed of salad with a lime and pepper sauce. The first recipe is similar to the one I learned in a cooking class while on vacation in Cambodia, but the more complicated second recipe better shows the presentation.

I’m pretty sure you’ll get a lot of meal recipes to cook in this thread. So I’ll post some delicious healthy desserts which don’t have several scoops of sugar. Okay here goes;
Whisk together 2 eggs, 1/3 cups of maple syrup, coconut oil, 1/2 banana and in another bowl mix 1/3 cups of chocolate protein powder, 1/3 cups of unsweetened cocoa, 1 tsp baking powder. Pour first bowl into second. Mix together. Spray coconut oil in a baking pan and add the mixture. Preheat oven for 20 mins at 350. Bake the mixture for 30 mins or till a tooth pick comes clean. Yummy chocolate cake with clean ingredients 😁0 -
What is your daily calorie goal set by MFP?
Breakfasts: oatmeal, avocado toast, fruit and cottage cheese, make ahead crustless quiche muffins, miso soup, overnight oats, protein pancakes, yogurt smoothie
Lunch: soup and sandwich, yesterday’s leftovers in a wrap, salad with sunflower seeds, a hard boiled egg and some crackers.
Dinner: prep meat on the weekend and use it with different themes and sauces during the week. Three examples of prepped meat include: a tray of meatballs baked in the oven, a tray of chicken breasts, or a roast beef.
Sauces include sriracha, spaghetti sauce, an Alfredo, BBQ, and a curry. If you love to cook make your own and if not, buy it premade.
Sides for your meats can also be varied to come up with a nearly endless variety. There’s regular pasta, zoodles, rice, quinoa, potatoes, turnip, carrot, and sweet potatoes. You can also lay out your root vegetables and winter squash on a tray with a little olive oil salt and pepper and roast.
Finally there’s fish, tofu, and a wide variety of beans and legumes.
Try a baked tofu with roasted baby bok choy.
Try a vegetarian chili.0 -

Ask yourself what you are hungry for or what you like to eat and then go from there Different things appeal to and are more satisfying to different people.0 -
