Who is doing BBG?

How are you finding it? Is there nutrition involved? I downloaded the Sweat app but can’t see anything regarding nutrition - are you just meant to be eating at your normal calorie deficit? Do you have to do the cardio indicated on the app or can you do what you prefer?

    I love BBG. The nutrition involved is with the Macros. You can do other cardios also! Since I am going to Spain and France I am planning to restart my workout during my trip. In what week you are?

    I've done BBG in the past, I loved the app. There is a meal plan, but it's fairly prescriptive so I never really followed it. Normal calorie deficit will work just as well. As for the cardio, I followed it fairly loosely and still had good results, some days I just couldn't fit in all the LISS she recommended, I'm pretty flat out carving out 45 minutes in the morning to workout as it is. I don't do it any more as due to a hip injury I just can't do all the step ups anymore, but I do think it's a great program.
