My 1 year fitiversary :)

Exactly 1 year ago today I joined this amazing website. I honestly didn't think it would last or "work" but it did and I loved it! It made me accountable and that was exactly what I needed. It is harder to eat junk food all day when you have to keep record of it right??! So 1 year later I am 40 pounds lighter, 5 sizes smaller and SO much healthier. Everyone always wants to know my "secret". I tell them it's amazing how a heathy diet and exercise work!

    Awesome! You look great. Isn't it funny, I've lost a total of 31 lbs (so far) and when people ask me what's my "secret", they always end up looking disappointed when I tell them! Like they would prefer me to say I am starving myself or taking some miracle pill. LOL.

    Great job! You look fantastic - and I get the same questions. Just curious how tall you are - we started and are at almost the exact same spots (I was 158-121 at 5'7"). I know I've lost weight and can tell it in my clothes, etc, but I don't have any before/after pictures and looking at yours makes me see where I probably was/am now.
