Hi everyone. My name is Marissa. I have been tiptoeing in my journey for about 2-3 weeks. I have started picking up eating better and going to gym daily. I understand rest days are important but I lose all motivation and one turne into 5. Once I am in a better place I won't hit the gym daily. I normally do 40-60 mintues a day.
I am looking for friends for motivation and accountability. I'll help keep others accountable and motivated as well. I need to lose 120 pounds. I will be honest, I am not weighing myself for the next 6 weeks. I have an unhealthy relationship with the scale and will weigh daily which leads to discouragement.
