I started this with my husband on Monday this week. My goal is to lose 100 more lbs. I am down 5 this week but started first of the year with changing my diet and exercise slowly. I'm down a total of 30 as of thos morning. The keto and intermittent fasting has jump started my progress again! Its very exciting! I like how it feels to fast. Now with my husband on board its nice to have him not worried about me eating enough! Well i hope everyone has a wonderful and productive week!
