I love omelettes but feel like I eat too many! Any high protein meal ideas?? (No protein shakes). Thanks

Let’s cover the high protein sources. You have all your meats, your fish, Greek Yogurt, Seitan (gluten) and Tofu.
Are you looking at breakfast? Try a Japanese breakfast with Miso soup, or a Norwegian breakfast with smoked fish.3 -
Fresh berries with cottage cheese and greek yogurt is my go-to.1

I sometimes wonder if people get conditioned to demand variety. I have yogurt and PB2 plus a banana for breakfast almost every morning; you can look at my diary and go back day by day for months and rarely see either item missing. Some weeks I will have baked chicken in a garden salad for lunch every weekday. This isn't unusual. Historically, most of the population had very little variety in their diets. My wife and kids care more about variety than I do - "we just had that last week". Unless it's pizza; the kids would eat that 4 nights a week.
Eggs came back off the bad list. If you really like omelets and want to get a substantial amount of protein that way, there is no problem with that.8
