I love omelettes but feel like I eat too many! Any high protein meal ideas?? (No protein shakes). Thanks

    Let’s cover the high protein sources. You have all your meats, your fish, Greek Yogurt, Seitan (gluten) and Tofu.

    Are you looking at breakfast? Try a Japanese breakfast with Miso soup, or a Norwegian breakfast with smoked fish.
