Help! Tips for high protein low carb/low fat

I’m having a hard time finding ways to get all my protein in the day. I always seem to eat too many carbs. Tips ? What foods should I eat/snack on for more protein (while avoiding carbs)

Both low carb and low fat? How high protein?

I find the easiest way to include protein in every meal and snack. Then I'm not shorted at the end of the day.

All protein includes all the meats (trimmed of fat), tofu, egg whites, and whey protein. Good luck making these taste good without any carbs.

If you allow fats you can include beef jerky, cheese, and whole eggs.

If you allow some carbs you get all the beans, lentils and edamame.

Sometimes a well timed protein shake (with some carbs like banana, milk, and spinach) can help top up your protein needs for the day.

I'm just out my that I happen to LIKE many food high in protein but not in fat/carbs. Skinless chicken breast, eggs, cottage cheese, lean beef, shrimp, SOME yogurt (some is like candy in a cup). All good ratios.

Crack open a can of tuna, super easy. Beef jerky is good too.

The thread below is an excellent resource . . . it links to a spreadsheet that lists many, many foods by protein efficiency (most protein for fewest calories). Find things you like on the list, eat more of those, and less of something else. Something that has a good bit of protein for its calories will inherently be lower in the other macros (carbs, fats).
