Do I need to eat all my calories to loose weight? Or is fewer better if I can?

You won't lose much faster if you eat less than you're supposed to and it will make it harder to stick to it long term.
For long term, maintainable weight loss, you need to find something that will stick with your FOREVER. If you go too low, you're less likely to stick to it, less likely to have a long term behavior change, and more likely to rebound. The latter makes weight loss harder in the future.
A pound a week (500 calorie a day deficit) works well for most people.0 -
Yes! IF you don't your body thinks your starving it and it will hold onto every bite you take and add it too your body. So eat all your suppose to have for the day and most of all EXERCISE AT LEAST 1 HOUR A DAY. This helps your body to start the burning of fat on you. Good luck, judy0
