Monday - Friday I leave my car at home and do 15k-20k steps every day (18k most days). I also do high intensity cardio at the gym at least 4 times a week but sometimes 5 and that is 45 min sessions.

Weekend activity level can vary every week.

What do you think? Am I lightly active or moderately active?

I appreciate the help :)

With that many steps alone you are very active. Cardio exercise at the gym would need to be logged as additional exercise.

This is a reasonable guide to go by:

Sedentary: Spend most of the day sitting (e.g. bank teller, desk job) <5000 steps
Lightly Active: Spend a good part of the day on your feet (e.g. teacher, salesman) 5000 - 9999 steps
Active: Spend a good part of the day doing some physical activity (e.g. waitress, mailman) 10k - 15k steps
Very Active: Spend most of the day doing heavy physical activity (e.g. bike messenger, carpenter) >15k steps
