Best lifting gyms in Montreal and Toronto?

Hi pals,
I’m going to Montreal in August next year (I know, it’s ages away, but preparation is important!) for the Olympic Weightlifting World championships. I’ll also be visiting cousins in Toronto after the competition. Which are your favourite weightlifting gyms in these two great cities? Grateful for any pointers at all- not just lifting related! Thank you
