Just another newbie/Work in progress.
48 years young and living in the NYC area. Working on getting fit so I can rock with the rest. Lapsed runner getting back into the race.
What struggles do you have? Weight training and stretching. I'm pretty good and consistent with cardio
What goals do you have? Doing it in 20lb increments. Started at 306lbs in 03/2013. Currently at 278lbs and been using MFP a little under a week.
Do you have a fitness program? Yes
What parts of your body give you problems? Knees/Back/Belly
What symptoms do you have associated with your weight? Borderline Type II diabetic
Do you have a support system? My gym homies
What is your food weakness? salty foods
What do you struggle with emotionally around eating? nothing comes to mind
What are your danger foods? alcohol

Hello and welcome to MFP.
I am 35 years old. I love to lift. Try to get healthy and look good in a bikini.
What struggles do you have? Food! Sugar, fat, salt - I like it all.
What goals do you have? Bringing my body fat down from 40% to 25%. Looking good in a bikini. Not sure what my GW is... it was 155lbs. Currently at 179lbs. Started at 208lbs. (BTW this doesn't match my ticker because I gained wieght on vacation)
Do you have a fitness program? Yes
What parts of your body give you problems? none really these days.
What symptoms do you have associated with your weight? I was borderline Type II diabetic in the beginning. I have PCOS - Im not sure if this is a symptom or a cause - perhaps both.
Do you have a support system? MFP, my spouse, my trainer
What is your food weakness? All FOOD! as per above! Mostly chocolate.
Do you struggle with emotional eating? YES most definately - I will eat for any emotion - good or bad.
What are your danger foods? anything with SUGAR - I swear I am addict.
