I have the flex and I really like it. Its even water resistant so you can wear it in the shower without worrying or having to remember to take it off. I was using an app on my phone to see how much I was walking and now I realize how absolutely wrong it was, plus if my phone died or lost service, it didnt count anything.. plus having friends on the fitbit site really does motivate me to get my step count up every week.
