I’ve been tracking food and exercise for a while. Between a family medical emergency this winter and taking 18 credit hours during my last college semester I managed to stress eat myself up in weight. I was always within a healthy weight for my height (I’m 6’), but I didn’t feel good about myself and my clothes got tight. I’m back on track and at 160 with an ultimate goal of 150 which is what I weighed when I looked and felt my best.
