This is my second go round on MFP, the last time I used it to keep track of macros on keto. Yes I've tried every diet and form of woo to lose weight over the years and my body fights me every step of the way. I swear if was to stop eating it would find a way to get calories from air. Recently I had a revelation or what have you, motivation to start again. I had hit a scale breaking 396 lbs at 6'2" and 44. It was time to change. I was able to get down to 380 over the past few months before I started logging with MFP again. My goal, ultimately is 200lbs. My diet is what I would classify as the Mexican peasent diet. Yeah there's carbs but for the first time in my life I'm getting 80-100% of my daily fiber and it shows. Anyhow, wish me luck.
