Mimi’s, Papa’s and Those Just Young At Heart

I have used MFP for sometime now. I left, I came back, I left and back again. I left cause there are the guys that think this is just a dating sight. I’m not here to meet anyone just to lose weight and stay and be healthy and as awesome as I can possibly be ❤️
I still walk, run, Line dance, work outside in my yard, swim and chase after the gran babies. Some days I feel 30 other days I feel 90 but you know you keep going. I have MS and if I can lose the weight anyone can. Yes I hurt DAILY, in areas at times I didn’t even know I had. I may have MS but it don’t have me and as long as I am able it NEVER will.
Anyone that would like to add me is more then welcome to do so. I do log daily and sometimes I even log in advance in the morning, especially if I know what I’m making for supper that way I know IF I am over my calories. This is what works for me. Only thing I am having trouble with is not eating ALL my calories or even close BUT I am finding I’m still losing. So if it works for me...then I’m happy 😊 Also always remember to hydrate. My BIGGEST struggle IS drinking water. And trust me the struggle is REAL. But I find there again what helps is I buy the True packets that go in the water or the Crystal Lights and they help. Or even put lemon wedges in the water.
I even joined the gym but I recently cancelled my gym membership cause I’d rather workout in the privacy of my own home. Well....to I live out in the middle of no mans land and the gym was just about an hour away lol
But I enjoy life to the fullest and I don’t allow much to get me down.
