Protein Intake

I’ve always naturally ate very little protein and it’s one area I have to make sure I eat enough of and I was wondering if I’m eating less protein but still gaining bulking results will the muscles be “weaker” or less sustainable and easily removed?

Eating inadequate protein is taking you away from optimal results2

Even if you do gain strength with little protein, your not maximizing your muscle and strength potential. You could've probably had more strength and muscles by now if you ate a high protein diet.0

How much are you currently eating each day? It's entirely possible you need less protein than you perceive compared to the highly publicized attitude of high protein intake being over-emphasized. Depending on the study 0.6-0.8 g/lb body weight is the maximum amount absorbed to be efficiently recruited for muscle synthesis; contradictory to the bodybuilding zeitgeist advice of 1g/lb being the minimum protein intake "just to be safe". That's not to say that adequate isn't important, that target may just be lower than you'd expect.
Personally, that 0.8g/lb works out to <35% of my calorie allotment if I'm being aggressive and trying to lose 1%/week, <30% if I'm cutting at a 20% deficit.5 -
Protein is the most important macro nutrient.
Most studies suggest 0.5g - 0.8g / per lb of body weight. 0.8g being the max optimum level. anything over that is unnecessary, but unless you have a pre-existing kidney issue, in a calorie deficit you can't really over do it with protein.5 -
