I have been using the app for two days and bought a fit bit to sync my step count since I’m very active at my work. I lost one pound, which was my goal per week. But I wanted to lose two to feel better about myself, I’m already fighting temptations because my fallback was sugar- it was eating and now that I’m watching what I eat, I find myself hangry is it possible to lose two pounds in a week?

If you have the necessary fat stores and create the necessary calorie deficit, you will lose two pounds of fatty tissue per week. What's your height and weight?
Do you see the connection between eating too little, demonizing foods, food groups and nutrients, and fighting temptations? (Do you eat sugar right out of the bag?) Smart weightloss is about making things as easy as possible, you get no bonus points for making it harder. You will have to feel your emotions now, more intensely, if you have been eating to avoid doing so.1
