I work at an active morning job 5:15-11:30 7 days a week, and a deli counter 1-9pm 5 days a week. I need some advice about how others fit in workouts with two jobs, families, etc. Really made some progress going to the gym, and I want to keep it!

T25 or max 30 by Shaun T are great and only 25-30 min each, so you can fit them in. I prefer first thing in the morning. You can find max 30 challenge on YouTube for free. He talks a lot before and after, but you can fast fwd through it and get on with the workout.

Nail NEAT and hit it on point, e-v-e-r-y-d-a-y. With a tight schedule as you've accounted for here, you only have the 2 days where you can possibly squeeze in an hour or 2 at the gym, depending on your family responsibilities/commitments post your 11.30 AM end of work day (7 days a week).

I'd initially thought, you'd have the freedom to make 2 hours immediately after your AM work hours on one of your 2 days and 3 hours the following day, without factoring the need for family time.

Hopefully, one of the more expert board posters will advise you, on how to approach your fitness time dispersion, with the kinds of programmes you should be able to do, with your time allotment and only 2 afternoons available to you, depending on your goals.

It sounds like you’re already active all day. What kind of progress are you making at the gym? Lifting? Cardio? More info on your current workout would help us give suggestions.

Maybe speed walk/jog between the 2 jobs outside? Is the gym on the way to the 2nd job?
