Hi ladies!!
Ok so I'm looking for a good home based workout program because I don't have a gym membership and my gym at work is very limited in machines, etc. and I need the flexibility of being able to work out at whatever time I can.
Who is your favorite instagram fitness guru who has a home based workout program?
Or what's your favorite workout app with home based workouts? (even if the app is not free).
Please please please drop all your recommendations down below!!

i really enjoyed insanity & P90X32

start bodyweight is good and free
But just recommending workouts is a bit moot if you don't tell us what you expect and what you like to do: bodyweight for strength? Cardio? mix of both?5 -
Jessica Smith TV. She has her own web page where you can see breakdown of exercises by type (Equipment less, cardio, walking, etc). Her videos are all on YouTube3
-
P90X, Body Beast, and any of the Darebee programs.1

I love the T25 workouts. I’ve been through Alpha & Beta twice and starting Gamma next week. I think Sean T does a great job being motivational and making you want to keep going. Each workout is 25 minutes, with your 5th day being a double workout.2

This isn't high intensity, but I love Dana Falsetti's online yoga classes (studio.danafalsetti.com / @nolatrees on Instagram).1

I would say Strong Curves. It has many options and substitutions and an at home program with limited equipment.
To add this is a lifting program. For cardio I just do circuits, Beachbody videos or Fitness Blender.5 -
I really enjoyed HASFIT's channel, all different kinds of workout with or without equipment and for all levels of fitness.5

I have Joe wicks and 30 day shred on my sky box
I also like Jessica Smith on YouTube and the occasional Leslie sansone if I'm having a high pain day but need to do something1 -
Leslie Sansone.3

Studio app is great if you have a treadmill or run outside. Not just for the ladies, though--my husband likes it, too!1

Another vote for Leslie Sansone, she’s so cheesy but I love it.3

I started with Jillian Michaels 30 day shred, I really enjoyed it. I've gone through her series a few times, it's quick and a pretty good workout. Also I have Beachbody on Demand because there are some great workouts on there when we don't feel like leaving the house, or especially if we just want to do a light stretching/yoga session in the evening. Those types of workouts are really 90% cardio but if you have access to decently heavy dumbbells at home BB has a few that are a good starting point building strength as well.1

30 Day Shred works great, and Fitness Blender on YouTube has a TON of different workouts of all types and levels.1
-
I love Lauren Gleisberg. She has home and gym versions of all of her workouts.0

Another vote for Jessica Smith on YouTube!!1

I don't do Instagram or apps. I started with Jillian Michael's 30 day shred and ripped in 30. Then I started borrowing videos from the library. They have some at our local branch, but also offer inter-library loans. So I can search for DVDs from any library in the system and they will be sent to my library. I get The Firm, Cathe, Shaun T(esp. T25) TurboJam, TurboFire, PiYo. When I have more internet access, I might download a few videos from PopSugar or ExerciseTV.1
