Dr told me my triglycerides are too high
So no grains, no sugar for me Healthy fats lots of veggies and not alot of fruit
I am on my 5th day and sugar cravings hit hard last night
Need to lose 50 lbs and I am in the middle of menopause. I work out with personal trainer 3 times a week. Started doing True yoga with adrienne on other days and trying to get walks in a couple times a week.
