I’m on 2 month roll of putting myself out there and being the class newbie LOL. So far hot yin yoga, 9th circle of hell gentle flow restorative yoga (different studio), warm flow vinyasa yoga (no, I didn’t know any poses except downward dog and child’s pose - spoiler: child’s pose is my hands down fav 😅. Finally Bikram, at least I took a private so I remembered some of the poses! Spoiler repeat: still loving that child’s pose and now happy baby 👶! 👏
Any Tai Chi lovers out there? Sounds great but would love some tips! What to expect, what to wear, best ways for newbies to blend and seriously, get the most out of it?! I really want to!
Thanks in advance!
