I'm semi-new. I've been here before, stopped and started at least 5 times. This is the final time though, I've been good doing this almost 2 weeks now I believe. I've cut my calories by a LOT, drinking nothing but water and lots of it. I add exercise on July 9th and see my doctor in August for a check up and such. I've also started this new thing to grow my hair back to see if it works. I have PCOS and hoping all these changes help me get the body I want. Feel free to add me, I'll respond to anyone who talks to me when I can ^^ I'm usually on the mobile app. I also have an instagram but all that is on it is stuff that is already on here.

My wife has symptoms of PCOS. I’ve never heard of hair loss as a part of that. Welcome back though and keep up the good work1
